Hi,

I am getting these reports from a Windows submit host with a few hundred jobs running or queued.
The submit host eventually grinds to a halt. Is there an obvious solution to this problem?

The SCHEDD's child process with pid 5324 has spent 14.1% of its time waiting for a lock to its debug file.  This could indicate a scalability limit that could cause system stability problems.
