[HTCondor-users] Permission denied write to oom_adj

Hi all,

I am using Glideins with HTCondor 8.0.0.  On one of the resources I am 
targetting, I am getting the following in a Starter log file:

08/22/13 14:32:30 Unable to write into oom_adj file for the starter: 
(errno=13, Permission denied)

What does this mean?  Any ideas as to how to resolve it?
