I'm not too familiar with the parallel universe, but I did notice that there might be an error in your config file. Instead of START_EXPRS, you might mean STARTD_EXPRS. Unless you've defined START_EXPRS somewhere else (and you may have, or you may be using a condor version before my time), it will probably fail.

And confirm with this command

But it wont show anything...

Once I tried job completely executed but didn't give output.
