[Condor-users] Collector Scheduler communication

Hello,
We ran into a problem and hope you can advise where to start looking.
Our scheduler is failing to submit jobs and the logs indicate the following.
09/21/12 13:43:51 (pid:25280) PERMISSION DENIED to .... for command 1112 (QMGMT_WRITE_CMD), access level WRITE: reason: cached result for WRITE; see first case for the full reason

What does " see first case for the full reason" mean?
