[Condor-users] setting up approval state

Hi there:

In Condor is it possible to set the following - if so what would be the 
best approach..
how can i set an approval process for a job – for example how can 
specify in a submit file to only render First,Middle, last frame with 
high priority, send and email for its approval. While in approval state 
the job priority is lowered. If the job get approved the job priority is 
set to medium and rest of the job gets underway. If not approved the job 
is aborted..?
