You can use 
Condor_submit -name <schedd> -pool <pool_name> 
To submit the job.  You can also specify the remote host in your submit file with grid_resource of type condor.

Is there a way to submit condor jobs to a specific condor pool? For example, CONDOR_HOST is set to default.com, but I want to submit jobs to nondefault.com.
