[Condor-users] Flocking from 7.8 to 7.4

Subject: [Condor-users] Flocking from 7.8 to 7.4

We appear to have a flocking problem* from a 7.8.0 personal / single node
Condor install to our main pool running 7.4 (with some 7.6 clients).

Is that to be expected?
