The gahp_server is only in the event you submit jobs with:
  universe = grid
  grid_resource = [gt2|gt5] ....

If you do not plan on submitting grid universe jobs to Globus via Condor 
(for instance you just want vanilla , parallel, java, local, scheduler 
universe jobs), then there is no need to build the gahp_server.
