Hi Brian,
it looks like you are seeing the effects of the default value for
MODIFY_REQUEST_EXPR_REQUESTMEMORY:
MODIFY_REQUEST_EXPR_REQUESTMEMORY =
quantize(RequestMemory,{TotalSlotMemory / TotalSlotCpus / 4})
