[HTCondor-users] bandwidth throttling between execution host and checkpoint server

A network manager reported that he's seeing significant spikes in network congestion caused by condor jobs.
Specifically it's caused by traffic between execution host and the checkpoint servers.

Is there a good way to throttle the bandwidth usage in checkpoint in condor?
