Are you using a submit description file? Also is the user declaring the
command themselves when they submit the file?
Additionally check your condor_config as this could be the cause of the hold
status.

Hi all,
I have a user whose jobs seem to go on hold on their own. I don't see
anything helpful in my logs. Could someone give me a quick pointer on what
to look for to find out why this is occurring?
