[Condor-users] qedit problem

Subject: [Condor-users] qedit problem

I tried to use condor_qedit to change Requirements for my jobs.  Now I am
getting the message

"Failed to connect to queue manager"

Is there something I need to restart or reconfigure to get this to work?
