[Condor-users] Linux to Windows jobs failing. username@(null) problem, non-existent domain?

Hi

Our company is testing out condor for various purposes and we’ve hit a bit of a road block. Nobody seems to be able to figure out why we cannot submit jobs from Linux to Windows resources and have them run as the submitting user.

Windows to Windows works fine,

Windows to Linux works fine and

Linux to Linux works fine.

When submitting a job from Linux to Windows the job just hangs in the queue. The log shows that user@(null)  does not have a password saved

10/06/11 05:29:18 setting the orig job iwd in starter

10/06/11 05:29:18 WARNING: init_user_ids() called with NULL arguments!

10/06/11 05:29:18 Could not initialize user_priv as "(null)\tholuf01".

Make sure this account's password is securely stored with condor_store_cred.

10/06/11 05:29:18 ERROR: Failed to determine what user to run this job as, aborting

All condor resources have the same UID_DOMAIN in the settings, with TRUST_UID = true

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks a lot
