[Condor-users] Condor_collector Error, Please Help

Hi,

Im trying to run the condor_master, But when i take a look in the
MasterLog File i found :

5/16 00:54:04 Failed to listen(9618) on TCP command socket.
5/16 00:54:04 ERROR: Create_Process failed trying to start /usr/sbin/
condor_collector
5/16 00:54:04 restarting /usr/sbin/condor_collector in 2057 seconds

And in the CollecterLog :

5/16 00:51:50 PERMISSION DENIED to unauthenticated user from host
192.168.80.130 for command 2 (UPDATE_MASTER_AD), access level
ADVERTISE_MASTER: reason: cached result for ADVERTISE_MASTER; see
first case for the full reason
