I had to make 3 changes.

1) there was a memory requirement constraint

2) added ALLOW_WRITE on the worker

3) Forced file tranfers with: shouldtransferfiles=if_needed and whentotransferoutput=on_exit

So I think I owe both of you a beer :-)
