[Condor-users] condor server on vmware

I have condor server running on vmware in which condor soap server is also running

ifconfig on vmware shows 

eth0 - ip = 172.16.47.137 mask = 255.255.255.0

eth1 - ip = 192.168.24.136 mask = 255.255.255.0

when i run command condor_q on vmware it shows ip = 10.246.140.211:52572

host computer ip is 10.227.119.234 mask = 255.255.255.128

on my host computer I am using suds as a soap client. 

now to connect it with soap server i need ip 10.246.140.211:9618 , so that i can connect condor collector.

but I am not able to ping this ip from my host computer.

please help me
