It might be possible to define some kind of mapping from a "group-less"
submitter name (user@host) to a fully-qualified group (group.user@hist).
Such a capability would need to be considered as a Request For
Enhancement.
If you have hundreds or thousands of submitters, such a mapping would
clearly become quite large in a config file, although it could reside in
its own separate file at least, in LOCAL_CONFIG_DIR
