[Condor-users] Typical condor users

Hello,

 

In your experience what are the technical abilities of typical condor users?  And what level of support do your users expect from the Condor administrators?  Is there a lot of hand holding or are they fairly self-sufficient in running and troubleshooting their jobs?  As an administrator what do you expect of users of the system?
