[Condor-users] bug with kernel 3.X what should I do?

I am having the second problem described in this ticket:

From what I understood it has been fixed in version 7.6.5, correct?

But I can not find this version on the debian repository:

http://research.cs.wisc.edu/condor/debian/stable/dists/squeeze/contrib/binary-amd64/

What should I do?
