[Condor-users] condor_birdwatcher.exe

Hi everybody,

i am using condor 7.6.2 on a WindowsXP machine and everything works 
fine. If i start the application 'condor_birdwatcher.exe' the condor 
icon will appear in the system tray, but it is covered with a red circle 
with a cross through. What am i doing wrong?
