If I were you, I would look into setting up CondorView.  I don't know how specific it is to each job, but from what I understand it helps you to visualize the happenings of your Condor system in an easy-to-use web interface.  I think it comes with the standard installation of Condor, so all you have to do is enable it.  For more information about how to install CondorView, look it up in the documentation at http://www.cs.wisc.edu/condor/manual/v7.6/3_2Installation.html#SECTION00429000000000000000 .

I want to know if there's a way or tool to check and/or store the current System use of a job in the pool?
System use means: RAM, Disk, CPU, etc.
