I has used yast like you told me

but i get the error in the dependencies

-Problems
nothing provides perl >= 1:5.0 need by condor-7.6.2-1.i386




the problem with liblber and libldap are solved using yast but the perl package 
no.

Are you trying to install the RPM with the rpm command? If so, try
using yast instead so that it will handle the dependency resolution:

   yast -i /path/to/condor-7.6.2.rpm
