I worked on a project that required a GUI
via Condor and it is generally not easy to implement. We ended up changing
the fortran code so it would accept command line arguments, but you may
not have the source code. However, you can try sendkeys. I believe there
are equivalents to this for most OS systems. Sendkeys allows you to send
a key, such as 'ok, 'cancel' or something else to an active window. If
I recall, I think the problem we had was related to the environment Condor
runs in and therefore sendkeys did not work so I changed the code.
Anyhow, you might look into sendkeys.
