Hi, maybe you should turn off the Wait for Inactivity variable. Just add
START=TRUE
in your $CONDOR_HOME/local.$HOSTNAME/condor_config.local file and
restart the nodes.
Hope this help you.

Hi,
At our site, condor is only assigning jobs to 14 of our 23 nodes. The
other 9 nodes are online and respond to pinging. Taking a look with
condor_q -better-analyze shows that the jobs are not being rejected
because of requirements but only because the machines are already
serving other users, but on ganglia its clear that the machines aren't
running anything.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks for any help.
Xenia
