[Condor-users] submitting jobs thru dagman

I was wondering if anyone built a job submission platform using only
dagman. Instead of writing a wrapper around condor_submit, I was
wondering if its possible to write it solely using DAGMan. The
advantage is using DAGMan, its easier to throttle jobs and moreover
relationship among jobs.
