Condor on Windows doesn't tell you anything for Arch other than "INTEL".

You'll need to define your own custom attribute and match against that. On machines you know are 32-bit OS installs you do:

   MyOpSys = 32

   STARTD_ATTRS = $(STARTD_ATTRS), MyOpSys

And on the 64-bit OS machines:

   MyOpSys = 64

   STARTD_ATTRS = $(STARTD_ATTRS), MyOpSys

And then your jobs can do:

   requirements = MyOpSys =?= 64

To find 64-bit Windows.
