[Condor-users] Quill question

Does Quilld and Postgresql server have to be on the same physical server?

I am trying to setup quill on 7.4 and I have the database ready. When
I do condor_q I see it reading from quill and I see a connection from
the DBMS but when I do a select on the DBMS I see no data in it. When
I do condor_history I get nothing back either. Is there something I am
missing?
