What commercial providers of Condor Pools are available to UK-based users?
Not quite what you're asking for, but, Cycle Computing (http://www.cyclecomputing.com/) can help you extend your Condor pool on to the Amazon EC2 cloud which, I believe, has at least an EU based instance now.
