Dear Shouqin Zhu,
                   I just done what you said. But How to I run it and manage the
 server?
I have C:\condor\condor_setup.exe which does not do anything when I double 
click on it.

Just download the latest condor for windows,and I install the condor-7.4.1-winnt50-x86.msi.
The step is simple,any detail problems are welcomed.
