 Thanks for the help. I am getting this issue only when i submit job from windows to linux and not when submitting jobs from linux to linux.

i did chmod 777 /var/lib/condor/execute and also chmod a+x /var/lib/condor/execute. But stil the same issue

In your case make sure that
/var/lib/condor/execute directory has write permissions

In both my windows and linux machine, the UID_DOMAIN, TRUST_UID_DOMAIN=TRUE, and SOFT_UID_DOMAIN=TRUE are same in the config files. Can somebody give me a hint on what went wrong here ?
