It sounds like you're asking for the long theorized blackboard feature, were jobs can write notes in the machine ad for themselves or others to use in the future. It hasn't been implemented.

You might be able to achieve something similar with a STARTD_CRON script and processing of jobs left in a STARTD_PER_JOB_HISTORY_DIR. If you do something like this, let us know.
