[Condor-users] condor_q, QUILL, strange submitted time

Hi users,

I have configured QUILL and are performing
some tests.
When I query the queue with condor_q
the SUBMITTED field is wrong. See example below. 
The submission time was before 2010-01-04
12:19:39-02, as stated in the
condor_q command result, but the SUBMITTED field is giving a wrong answer
of 1/4 14:19.
I expected the result being 1/4 12:19
instead.

What is wrong? How to fix this behavior?
