I just bought some Sun Fire X4470 Servers and like to use Condor to handle load balance. 

Anyone runs Condor on Solaris 10 x86 platform?

Is it possible to have a start expression like this,

Start =  ( TotalLoadAvg < (( TotalCpus)) ) ?

I want to avoid my system to be over subscribed and if a user
irresponsibly didn't put request_cpu=2 , etc...
