what's going on here?
when i submit a job in condor, the blank output files are created in
the folder specified in the submit script with owner as the user who
submits the job.
but then even though the condor user has access to that file it can't
write to the files because they are owned by the user who submitted
the job???
why do the files get created when the job is submitted? Is there a way
to prevent this happening so that the condor user can write to them to
the folder?
