Yes, just condor_rm the DAGMan job itself.  That will condor_rm all of
the node jobs belonging to the DAG, write the rescue DAG, and then the
DAGMan job will be removed from the queue.

If you are running a reasonably recent DAGMan (7.2 or more recent), 
re-running the original DAG will automatically run the rescue DAG, if one 
exists.
