[Condor-users] adding an execute node

Hello:

I am confused by the configurations.  I have two server, one is a master, execute, scheduler, and the other just executes.  The execute node can see the master node when I type condor_status, but the execute node's cpus never register.  

I also had trouble trying to set it up to use the private network while at the same time maintaining an external address for Internet services like the grid tools.  How  can I set it up using private address without having to modify the hosts file.
