Hi Ahmed:
This may be a silly question, but do you have the correct
permissions to create and write files in that directory?
You could always run it as:
msiexec /l*vx %TEMP%\c721.log /i condor-7.2.1-winnt50-x86.msi
That, I hope, should work.
