Yea. We're running lean on admins around these parts. Getting gobs of
clients updated is difficult work to schedule. This particular client is
SP2.

That did the trick. It is the VC runtime libraries I'm missing. 7.2.1
wants MSVCR90.dll and MSJAVA.dll.
