After changing the hostname of the system to the ip address i tried to continue with the installation and run the following command....
i found this error....
[Condor@- ~]$ condor_install -- central-manager=10.232.25.13
condor_install found 4 daemons in '/home/Condor/sbin' and can't proceed.
You need to specify '--backup' or '--overwrite' to
tell condor_install what to.
--overwrite will cause condor_install to overwrite Condor
executables in the above sbin directory
--backup will cause condor_install to move the above sbin
directory out of the way and create a new sbin
directory in it's place
and on executing condor_init ,this is coming...the env variable has been already declared by me in the bash.profile
[Condor@- ~]$ condor_init

mkdir: cannot create directory `/opt/condor-7.2.1/local.-': Permission denied
