[Condor-users] Avoiding Cross-Flocking

Dear all,

is there a solution to avoid 'cross-flocking'? This means avoiding that 
one condor instance flocks to another while the flocking target instance 
has already flocked to the first instance.

I observed this behaviour during testing with Condor Version 7.0.1 and 
think that it would be better if a central manager refuses remote jobs 
if it has itself flocked jobs running .
