Hi,

 

I am trying to use ‘condor_qedit’ to specify a general attribute to all the jobs being submitted on a system. Is it possible to modify the attributes before I submit a job from another system?

 

I wish to submit each job with a specific argument, that I want it to appear when I check the queue. Based on this argument, I wish to take few decisions in running the jobs. So If possible I would like an all new attribute to appear in the queue (after I use the command condor_q) and then work ahead according to the value displayed by this attribute. Is it possible with ‘condor_qedit’? Is there any other way of achieving it?
