[Condor-users] Default -name for condor_q and condor_submit

I'm setting up condor a pool with a single machine doing all the  
scheduling. Is there any way to set a default scheduler for each  
machine? So the users don't have always type:

condor_submit -name scheduler.my.domain <jobfile>

and

condor_q -name scheduler.my.domain
