[Condor-users] compare configurations?

I'd like to compare a couple of Condor configurations. 
Obviously, condor_config files may contain "identical" entries in 
different order, and possibly obfuscated by usage of temporary macro 
variables.
condor_config_val -dump would overcome this partially, by removing line
breaks, and sorting variables alphanumerically, but it still wouldn't
perform variable substitutions.

Any suggestion how to resolve the issue?
