The 7.2.0 build appears to be largely non functional on windows, if you try down grading to the latest 7.0.x release and the problem goes away I would chalk it up to this at the moment.

 

There are specific builds of various binaries you can get (or copy in from elsewhere) but we've given up on 7.2 till 7.2.1

 

If anyone else out there is successfully running a pool of any sort of size on windows on 7.2.0 I'd love to know.

When I tried to run an executable on windows platform, the job is ending up with the following logs:
