Hello,
I'm attempting to install Condor on a Debian 4.0 machine as a central
manager and I keep getting the following message in my MasterLog file:
1/13 09:27:06 attempt to connect to <127.0.1.1:9618> failed:
Connection refused (connect errno = 111).
1/13 09:27:06 ERROR: SECMAN:2003:TCP connection to <127.0.1.1:9618> failed
1/13 09:27:06 Failed to start non-blocking update to <127.0.1.1:9618>.
I'm unsure what this indicates, as I started condor_master as root and
don't have a firewall running. Is one of the daemons not starting?
