Yes, the two machines are both shown in the pool. The submit machine is not running the negotiator or collector. When I enter 'condor_q -better <id>' or 'condor_q -analyze <id>' it keeps saying 'Error: Could not connect to negotiator' Also, if I set START=FALSE on the submit machine, the job doesn't run at all. I thought that by doing this it would have run on the central manager.
