[Condor-users] cleaning up priority

When I run condor_userprio , I see bunch of people and groups.

I would like to clean this up. Basically, I created new group quota
called "group_engr" and I have hardcoded "group_engr.uid" so people
who submit jobs on our department grid are controlled. Also, what
consequences will we have if we reset these settings?
