[Condor-users] InitMaster: MASTER not Specified

condor_master is not finding the "MASTER" setting (as best I can tell).  From MasterLog:

Looking in condor_config, the key lines all seem to be there:

RELEASE_DIR             = /opt/osg-shared/se/app/site/condor-7.0.4
SBIN           = $(RELEASE_DIR)/sbin
MASTER     = $(SBIN)/condor_master

and:

[root@nahanni condor]# ls -Fla /opt/osg-shared/se/app/site/condor-7.0.4/sbin/condor_master
-rwxr-xr-x 1 condor condor 4575280 Jul 16 18:11 /opt/osg-shared/se/app/site/condor-7.0.4/sbin/condor_master*

MASTER_DEBUG = D_ALL hasn't shed any light on the source of this problem.
