[Condor-users] jobs rejected with LastRejMatchReason = "PREEMPTION_REQUIREMENTS == False"

Subject: [Condor-users] jobs rejected with LastRejMatchReason = "PREEMPTION_REQUIREMENTS == False"

A lot of jobs are rejected with LastRejMatchReason ="PREEMPTION_REQUIREMENTS == False" while plenty of slots are idle. Whatcould be the reason? I tried both PREEMPTION_REQUIREMENTS = False andPREEMPTION_REQUIREMENTS = True in Condor configs but all the sameresults. Condor version is 7.0.4.
