[Condor-users] General question

hi

I am a new to condor and Grid computing

we have two clusters 1. Rocks(Centos)  2. Beouwlf(Gentoo)

I want to make them talk (use condor to submit jobs) to make a grid.

What is needed to be done?

- What version of Condor is to be installed in the Gentoo Cluster? The compute nodes are diskless, is globus required for this?

- Rocks has condor installed (6.8.5) while installation and it does execute jobs successfully.

The questions might seem very trivial to many

Any help would be really appreciated.
